WhiteFang Beach Tent Anti-UV Portable Sun Shade Shelter for 3 Person, Extendable Floor with 3 Ventilating Mesh Windows Plus Carrying Bag, Stakes and Guy Lines (Mint Green)

I have been searching for the 'perfect' beach tent for the past year. I ordered the WhiteFang Beach Tent Anti-UV Portable Sun Shade Shelter because it had high ratings. The comments which drew me to it were that the poles were thicker than the average poles. I received the beach tent two or three days after I ordered it. I immediately opened it in my living room. I purchased the mint, and the color is what I expected. Because I have set up several tents, the set up for this was a breeze. Yet, anyone who can read the easy-to-follow instructions, will be able to put this up with maybe a tiny bit of patience (if this type of set up is something foreign to you). This is a bit larger than I expected, which I am happy about. The day after receiving the tent, my husband set it up outside for my 5-year-old grandson to 'camp'. My husband is 5'10, and he is able to stretch out in it (parallel with the opening panel, with head at one side window and feet at the other). My grandson, husband, and myself laid down as though we were actually camping, and it had enough room for all of us to lie on our back. The tent is easy to take down and roll up, before placing it into the storage/carry bag. This all stated, I did purchase it to use at the waterpark this summer, as well as to bring when we go other places where we may want some protection from the sun. It is quite compact, and will easily fit in my suitcase if we ever go to a place like Hawaii (saves on tent rental on the beach). The entire front panel unzips, making one large opening. My 5-year-old grandson can lie down with his head at the opposite side (i.e. the back panel) of the front panel, and his feet are still inside the tent. I forgot to see how far my husband's feet came out of the tent. There are three vented window panels, one one each of the sides, as well as one on the back panel. Even with the flaps placed in the up position, a breeze will be allowed to come through the tent (due to the flaps not being zipped, but rather, held in place by loops). There are anchors that can be used to put into the ground in order to secure it down; and, there are pockets on the outside walls that can hold sand when at the beach. The material seems to be of good quality. With good and proper treatment and care, I am confident this beach tent will last a very long time! One suggestion I have, is to place a tarp/blanket type item under the tent floor to protect it from things that might poke a hole in it, or cause wear (we do this with all of our tents in order to protect the integrity of the flooring, and to help it remain in great condition). For this tent, I have a fold up picnic-type blanket that we have used in the waterpark over the past few years. It will be perfect for protecting our floor.

I purchased this for an ultra event that I had. The price was right comma twenty of room inside for me to put my sleeping bag and bags in. I loved that I was able to hang my lantern inside. It was super easy to set up and break down. We had some strong winds that blew in late late saturday night into early morning and the tent held. This is not a tent for heavy rain. I did stay dry but I did notice. The edges were getting pretty wet. And damp. But i'm an avid camper and I knew this when I purchased the tent. If you're a high code, this is super light weight and you could add right on to your pack without creating extra weight

I've personally used this tent twice at the beach. It worked great with my family and myself. It does take 2 or 3 people to assemble and take down and about a good 10 minutes each time. It's essentially easy to assemble, it just takes time to put the poles through the open slits, putting sand in the sand bags, putting the stakes in. When it somes to putting it back in its bag can be a challenge, but it is doable. It comes with stakes, and there are sandbags on each side to weigh it down. I enjoyed the windows, it gives privacy when needed. I've read a few reviews saying it's an "oven," but I recently went to the beach and took a nap inside with all the windows half open and was very comfortable. We went to the beach in early July in North Carolina and I personally did not feel any discomfort. I did not feel the heat of the sun while inside the tent. We even had a 2 year old sleeping inside the tent next to me. I've also read other reviews about assembling and damaged product. I suggest as soon as you receive it, assemble it at home. This gives you an idea of how to set it up once you get to the beach and not be completely lost or confused. And, you get to inspect your tent for any damages and not miss your window to return it. Honestly, it gets the job done.

This is so easy to set up and small, so easy to store. This will be perfect for beach trips and picnics! Or for my kids to play in in the living room 🤣

This tent was perfect for the beach. It was easy to assemble, provided good shade and fit three people plus beach bags easily. The only thing that I didn't like was that it felt like a sauna inside the tent. I don't know if that was because the beach wasn't as windy as it usually is or if the tent itself held too much heat. I do think this tent would actually be perfect for camping as an extra space to store things or as a kids tent because it does fully zip all the way in the front.
