It might work, you might have to twist a few strands together to get a thicker trim look for a 18” doll. If you are making a crochet trim out of it, yes it would totally work. Just single crochet 2 rows and I bet that would work great.

I used size 50 US or 35 US: It is a beautiful, soft yarn that is a delight to work with: I used the size 50 and have made scarves with them. Enjoy
