This is not the common Major Grey’s mango chutney. Mrs. Ball’s is dark colored as opposed to golden. It’s so freaking delicious, you’ll want to eat it right from the bottle. I wouldn’t hesitate to repurchase.

Great flavour. Wonderful on anything from omelettes to BBQs. It's a staple in most households in Britain and South Africa. We would make cheese and chutney sandwiches as a fun snack;) Highly recommend this.Enjoy reading the history of this product.

Poor Packaging
I buy Ms Ball’s Peach Chutney from Amazon for years. I love the taste & the cooking ideas. I have always bought 2 of the upright bottles & never had a problem with the packing. However bought the larger bottle this time. When I opened the package it had leaked all over the bottle & box. What a mess! And it can’t be returned. Don’t make this mistake

Delicious! Addicting!
Mrs. Ball’s Chutney was introduced to me by a friend from South Africa who served it with bobotie. This gem is worth its weight in gold! I eat it on everything! It’s great with beef, chicken, pork, vegetables and cheese! I’m not sure what the long term refrigerated shelf life is because it goes so fast!
