Q: My tent doesn’t seem to be waterproof. Tried it in northern maine, clear night no rain just humid entire tent was damp inside and out. What gives?

Yep, condensation. This is normal and actually exacerbated by lack of air flow. All tents do this. You can open vents/windows to decrease the problem but that may be tough if it's cold.

Q: How do you order warranty parts? My rain fly pole just broke on me and this is only my third weekend in the tent since I bought it 5 weeks ago.

I wish I could answer the question, mine also broke early on. It is a poor design.
