I like having a book in hand.

Good book with straight forward step by step instructions. There is some update information not covered, but watching several of the good Utube videos, combined with this book made rebuilding the transmission possible for a mechanic with limited auto transmission experience. Still I would not recommend a home do it yourselfer tackle this job.
