This zest-of-black-truffle is so enjoyable. Trying to describe the flavor is not something that I could truly accomplish,. -- Nobody could have written a description that would have registered near accurately in my taste buds in describing this particular taste. So I'm not going to try to convey the nature of this kind of delectability to your taste buds either. -- It is a treat, & it's excellent on a variety of foods / dishes as other reviews state. The other day I carefully added this ZEST to some roasted red pepper & tomato soup, w/just the right amount of granulated garlic. It was a wow ! Tastes amazing on pretty much everything,I really love it on steak with seasoning and using it as a bit of a different spin on parmesan truffle fries. I would definitely recommend.

The flavor seems off to me. It is not like other truffle seasonings I have had in the past. But that is really personal taste. The packaging is good quality, and the size is as expected.

The next best thing to having a truffle that you can grate over your food !! Best used for finishing dishes, and the container takes time to get used to in order to dispense the amount you desire. Can be used for flavoring in the beginning but you will need more than you think.

I am addicted to this lower salt flavor enhancement. I bought because my low/no sodium diet recommended Truffle zest. I shopped for an inexpensive one. I settled on this product. I could eat the entire bottle full at once. So good!

I love truffles. This seems like a product too inexpensive to be worthy, but it is not. It is fantastic. I have had one bottle on my shelf for more than a year, and the flavor and smell are still as good as the day I got it. No, I am not paid to say this, and I have no affiliation with this company, other than I am a happy consumer of their products. This is one product I do not want to see ever go away. It is perfect. I put some on my eggs in the morning. I add this flourish to many things: lots of seafood dishes, pasta dishes, and even sandwiches (butter the bread and dust it with this instead of using mayo or mustard or anything else). Try this: speck ham, smoked mozzarella, and buttered ciabatta bread with a good dose of this on the buttered bread - then toast in a pan for 3 minutes a side while adding a weight on top to make it like a panini. If you do t like this, something’s wrong with you (or you’re vegetarian, which is fine). If you want a strong truffle vibe to whatever you are cooking, this can’t be beat, especially for the price!
