We have had 2 others in the past and wanted a new one.This was a reasonable price.Takes 15 minutes to get very hot but will stay warm all night.Flexible shape.Lovely to place on your back, neck, shoulders, tummy and the bonus of putting your hands in.Love it.Told my friend to buy one too.Recommend

Good reliable product

Very useful item however the advert states 5 to 6 hours warmth. The initial heat is amazing but after approximately 2 hours the strength oh the heat depletes and becomes just slightly WARM.I would recommend the item as it is very handy and practical. It enables use without having the danger of filling a hot water bottle with very very hot water.

Really easy to use and stays warm for hours

Very excellent

So I love relaxing my feet in it but the heating feature is not too good, I still have to take some water out and top up with hot water after a while. Also, after 5 minutes, the vibration makes my right foot feel funny. But it goes well with a bit of cleanser, a foot soak, some epsom salts after a long day of grafting. For the price, it's not too bad at all
