Great item and product, just as advertised. Fast shipping, easy to setup/install. Worked as needed, easy 1st time attempt to pair with the included app. Tons of features, I enjoy things than are just as advertised/described, and just work well. This product is extremely well made, great sturdy materials, and seams like it will hold up well with prolonged use. No Internet/WiFi needed, just a Bluetooth connection. Once your codes are synced with the device there is no need to use the app/Bluetooth to control the lockbox further if you wish not to. I use this smart lockbox for rideshare/car rentals for my vehicle keys, works just as needed. If you have XL key fobs/remotes this may not be deep enough for them. Make sure to measure your item you want to lock within to make sure. Standard keys/fobs work just fine with this unit. Overall greet item, and purchase. This unit was actually a replacement unit for a similar item that I ordered prior to this unit, it arrived already used, and unable to connect as it was a bound unit. So this was a replacement order, and overall was a better unit, and actually cost less then my first unusable item I received first. Other than the time spent returning the prior unit from a different seller, and manufacturer. This turned out well, and restored my trust again with Amazon, and its sellers, and products Being shipped to the customers. Thank you Amazon, and Seller for making things correct. :o)

Technical issues, not the most user friendlyI tried charging but could not remove because the item rusted at the door hook. Even once I plugged in a portable charger to get it open temporarily the slider to remove the hook was stuck and could not slide to open or remove the door hook. I will have to break to remove. Definitely not weatherproof like indicated.

No problems with this product. I bought an other that was wifi and notified you when people cane and went but it didn't work so I returned it and got the simple mechanical one . Works easily buttons are large enough for my clumsy arthritic fingers, the code is easy to change and there is plenty of room for the key.

This is a cheap made in China lock it doesn't work well and is very structurally poorly designed I will not recommend it to anybody they have no customer service and the app is glitchy and barely works the set up is nearly impossible and it's just really cheap save your money and buy something better

Dispite all the negative reviews it works. Easy to set up and seem like a very strong box. Can use up to a 8 digit password. I don't understand some people who review products. Just because it didn't work for doesn't mean it's not good for someone else.

You can fit several keys in it and still have room.It's nice enough looking for a lockbox. The finish looks like it is quality.Cons:You need to put in 8 screws and they are small. I have long nails and bad eyes. So it was more frustrating than was necessary.As another reviewer mentioned, I'm not sure how comfortable I feel turning pieces of personal information to an unknown, off-brand company, to use the app. H ever, if you don't do it, you cannot use the lockbox.I'll probably use it, but that information issue is a bit of a problem for me. I like the product, the App is ok, I had a problem downloading the app and the advice I received from the chat bot on amazon was horrible and sent me a link to a Master Lock Product, not this one. When I did download the app, it works well, and the lock is simple and sturdy.

Nice lock box, the iPhone app is lacking features like notifications when a code is used and unit unlocked. Otherwise, it’s a great addition to my shed and never have to worry about keys.
