Positives first:1. The watch is big - a bit too big (in my case it covers my entire wrist).2. The user interface is cool and fast.3. There's a selectable watch face for every age group.4. Step count, o2 level and heart rate can easily be verified and seem to be reasonably accurate. Can't comment about other data (sleep pattern) as I have no way of verifying it.The Negatives:1. The strap is short - I have to use the last hole in the strap.2. Strap quality - not so great.3. Watch is non-Android which means it pairs only with its own custom app and no other.4. The app is functional but is missing a very important feature that even cheaper smartwatches have - custom watch face. There is simply no way to add a custom watch face.I haven't yet tried making phone calls /synching contacts or playing music etc.Watch faces:There are two types of watch faces:(a) selectable, 100, high-resolution watch faces and(b), 20 low resolution, minimal display watch faces.You have a choice between analog and digital type watch faces.Whichever high-resolution watch face you select, it is displayed for exactly 30 seconds (unless you tap one of the two buttons). After 30 seconds, the selected low resolution watch face is displayed for a pre-selectable time duration ranging from few seconds to always on. The low resolution watch face is dimmed and displays minimal information.There is NO option for CUSTOM WATCH FACE - (even if you connect it to the app). On some websites they claim custom watch face option is available via 'Da Fit' app. That information is wrong. The Da Fit app does not connect or sync with this watch. In any case, given that high res watch faces are displayed for only 30 seconds, it is the low res watch faces that are really important.The usb cable can be used to charge or connect to the pc for transfer of music or recordings only. You cannot access any other folder in the watch. So, no, you cannot insert your own custom-made watch face or insert a .vcf file (contact list).The usb magnetic charger cable connects smoothly but have to be careful not to touch/move the watch while charging else the cable will easily disconnect.When the idle watch face is displaying, the information on step count is not updated on the display in real time however, it does get recorded in the background. So, if you tap a button and 'wake up' the watch, it will update the step count/heart rate etc.All in all, a good buy. I recommend you also buy an additional charger cable and keep in your vehicle. You might also want to consider a metal strap.Cheers!

Not sure if it is a seller problem. I had requested for replacement 3 times so far. Waiting for 4th time. All watches i received so far looks like refabrished. I see scratches on sensor dial. Speaker is not clear especially while on call. Other persons are not able to hear my voice louder. Though i keep the watch closer to my mouth. Sleep hours are not tracked atall. Bluetooth automatically connects and diaconnects. Very frustrating. Pulse is not accurate. I cross checked on watch and pulse meter bith at a time. I played shuttle and this activvity is not tracked properly also do not see the activity history on the app. There is no password to lock the watch. No security. Charger easily detaches from watch. Grip is not tight. If you are on always on mode charging hardly lasts for a day. This is just a show off piece for style. Go for it if you want to have stylish look. I bought this in republicday sales offer. Its nit warth it to buy even with offer. There are so many things that needs to be fixed. Though there are more than 100 watch faces all are almost similar with chang in colors. But happy thing is amazon customer care is very understanding and helpful. They helped me each and everytime i escalated the issue by replacement of the product. I feel mainly its seller problem. Selling refrabrished watches as new watch. This is more than chreating. Amazon should not encourage such sellers or especially when reviews are bad for a particular product amd a particular seller. Unfortunately, this product is available only in amazon amd only this seller. I can tell more experiences that i face with this watch. I feel even youtubers have to write a detailed in their blogs by using the product. Rather than giving specifications, features and comparisons.Finally today i received 4th worse. And it much more disappointing. Iys clearly evident its used watch. See attached pics. What more i can say that this is worst exeprience of my life. Retured 4 watches after 3 replacements. Disgusting.

Delivered today and used for 3 to 4 hours - I initially bought Noise colorfit assist 3 and returned because of connectivity issues.. And refunded now bought This one as it was meeting my all requirements under my budget,, but there were reviews which are scary.. But after using it I am relieved.. People saying it's used and scratches on Back of watch.. Actually you have mistaken.. It get little scratch because of company packaging.. I little touch of watch strips makes some lines on watch but if you rub it with soft cloth it goes off... No need to worry it's always brand new watch.. This devise is working as expected and as per the specificationa provided.. Devise connected easily and hasstle free call receive and talk.. And even you can use mobile photo talk which you get option in phone and I don't check all sport modes.. But Heart rate was very accurate.. And lot of watch faces and amoled Screen just wow... Ultimate clarity batter than any mobile.. Just 40persent brightness it's very bright.. Outdoor also very clear... So much options.. Notifications also works well.. Very satisfied.. thank You Amazon and Firebolt... Need screenguard and software upgrading system in coming days.. Only disappoinment is Alexa and GPS is not there... But I don't require that..

The smart watch is really good, speaker sound is in good quality, also amoled screen is excellent, touch screen is really good. This watch can be connected via Bluetooth through app or can be directly connect to smartphone. Only problem I noticed is there is no call log option, if it is there it's good to make a call in the watch itself. One more issue is if u connect bluetooth without headphones all media sound will come in watch speaker directly. If you connect both watch n head phone via Bluetooth, the media can connect in headphones. If media is coming in phone itself without the help of headphones, it will b good, any way watch built quality is good.
