I agree that the steps are flimsy and very light weight. They collapse easily. I have two dogs, a small young shitzu and larger, older golden retriever mix that needed help getting into and out of our van. Both dogs were terrified and wouldn't use it. I requested a refund within a couple days of purchase and it was granted but sadly I am still waiting for the refund. (minus $16). I don't recommend this product.
