These vitamins come in a solid bottle that is not see through so there is no sun damage. The bottle is easy to open making the vitamins easy to use. For the amount of doses received, the value for the price is good. The texture is pleasing and the dosage is comfortable.

Apparently Vitamin E has anti-depressive effects too. Who knew? I took just one and thought nothing of it. A little while later, I felt safe and content in the moment in a way I hadn't felt before. I remembered I had taken the vitamin and the did a little research. These taste incredibly delicious too- the others are not lying. I'm really hoping these can help with my skin health, though.
