What an amazing company. This is a quality ceramic smoker/grill. I have a big green egg and I wanted something smaller and I didn’t want to pay the enormous price for the mini max. I saw this product on Amazon and was somewhat skeptical, but thought I’d give it a shot because of the great price. This is every bit the quality and craftsmanship of a big green egg. It comes with a stand and everything is so well thought out. They also include a screwdriver and wrench for assembling the stand and putting the handle on the cooker. I am elated with joy and feel like I’ve got the best deal I’ve had in years on a ceramic cooker.

What I love; how adorable it is, aesthetically it is perfect. It also makes amazing BBQ. It took a while to learn how to use it. But after it was perfect.What I didn’t like; the first time I used it, sticking to the manufacturer’s manual advisory, I still managed to crack the exterior shelling. I was told that as long as the heat isn’t to extensive, that I should be fine. But regardless it happened (didn’t even exceed 250 degrees). Being one who loves everything to be perfect aesthetically, I was heartbroken. Being the man that find a way to resolve all of life’s problems, I managed to figure out how to conceal the damage. If I was to do this again and for those first timers. Do what I learned. If you cost the inside top part with two part epoxy resin, which is good for over a thousand degrees. That will prevent any chance of cracking. Some here may thinking that I’m nuts because it could penetrate my burger or whatever I’m cooking, but in reality it doesn’t. It hasn’t peeled, cracked or chopped, regardless it will be covered with a thick coat of black soot. Which could cover any evidence of concealment.

Great little ceramic grill. Sturdy, compact and easy to use. Not too heavy so it’s easy to move around and it also looks good.

The media could not be loaded. Totally amazed at this little Kamado grill! Everything was top notch from ordering, to delivery, to our first meal. Delivered within 24 hours of order. Easy to unpack and assemble (~20 minutes). Everything needed was included in box (screwdriver, wrench, etc). After filling the bottom with lump charcoal (separate purchase) and adjusting the vents, this grill was up to temperature and ready to cook in no time! I think it was 45 minutes from lighting of charcoal to removing the steak and shrimp and shutting it down. The taste was amazing and so much better than our gas grill! This grill is the perfect size for 1-2 people. Would definitely recommend!
