Fantastic product
This equipment is fantastic for demolition. Went through concrete like a knife through butter. Was going to hire one glad I didn't.

Effective and fun.
Bought this to prepare groundworks for the forthcoming laying of porcelain slabs in our garden. Surprisingly powerful and easy to use. I'd go so far to say that it's quite fun. Hoping for good weather this weekend so I can complete the job.

Great Tool For Price
Used this tool to break up dense concrete blocks. Ate through them. Happy with the power levels for the price. Needs silicone grease not oil as some other reviewers have mentioned. Comes with a good range of breaker bits. It can get quite hot which I guess is inevitable. I found the breaker bits sticking in the concrete at times and ended up having to lever the tool back and forth to pull the bit free but that’s probably my technique. I think for the price a really effective breaker.

Makes you feel like a man
I was digging out a trench by my decking. The deck had been built on concrete which didn't have a straight edge. As the purpose was to build steps up to the decking, I had to create some space by removing the concrete. This did the job. Feels a bit intimidating to start with but once you've got the ear and eye protection in place, you just need your partner to bring a cup of strong tea to make you feel like a professional. Easy to use. Easier than expected. Does the job well.

Only for small DIY job. Overheating after 15min of work
Completely disappointment. Poor performance after 10-15min of knocking mortar from wall has stop working -badly overheated. 1-2h brake than another 10min work. This way work take ages.

Bargain
Better than expected, bargain for the money, like others have mentioned, chops through rubble like a knife through butter

Does the job
Powerful bit of kit for the money. I had to break up a raised pond of brick and concrete base that amounted to filling 2 skips of 10 yards total, that’s a lot of concrete and rubble to break up. This did it easily over a couple of weekends and worked out cheaper than a weekend hire charge and I get to keep the tool! Agree the instructions regarding oil etc are confusing, it has grease pre loaded and after all the work it did, there’s still grease in there. But basically just load the chisel and press the button and it breaks up concrete with ease It’s sturdy but not too heavy to use, and thoroughly recommended
