No. I would not use this as a lubricant.

Q: can I add this to bathwater?

In my opinion I would not add it to water. It clearly states it’s a massage oil. I don’t think it would have any benefits in water.

No where on the packaging does it say water based, so I’d have to say no. I have not noticed any staining when using this oil. Hope this helps you.
