The book came without any dents or wrinkled pages. Our local day report center is going to purchase some.

This kept me busy as I navigate filling my time without needing a drink. The journal after the coloring page was nice. I was able to process and write in a relaxed state of mind than just going straight to writing which in the past had me look at a blank page.

This recovery 12 step coloring book is handy for anyone working any 12 step recovery program. Nice to use with a sponsor working anyone through a 12 step 🚶♂️ or 12 tradition program. I'll pass with that one.

It has great coloring pages with quotes linked to the 12 Steps. It also has lined pages on some pages to journal your thoughts for some of the Steps.
