Microsoft Surface Pro 4 - Core i5 2.4GHz, 4GB RAM, 128GB SSD (Renewed)

Purchased this Surface Pro 4 as the device whilst many years old was a renewed Amazon offering & I've found Amazon renewed excellent. Was slightly nervous having read other reviews about devices arriving with batteries on their last legs or that just didn't work but that appeared to date back to a couple of years ago.The Surface Pro arrived very well packaged & looked like new. Maybe some of these are surplus or very low usage? No scratches or blemishes on screen or anywhere else, not even on the back. Beautiful solid construction & the cold to the touch screen confirmed glass.Expected it to start up but it didn't which was a lot disconcerting but it was flat as a pancake & just needed charging.This one came with what appears to be a brand new charger & connecting lead although Amazon don't guarantee there to be a charger supplied.Started & set up perfectly without any problems whatsoever.Checked battery condition (Google how to do it) & it looks A-OK. Doesn't seem to have had that many charging cycles at all.The 4gb RAM, whilst small by modern standards is fine for my purposes, the device is quick & responsive & the screen resolution is lovely, very crisp, clear & bright.It only cost £99.99 which is the price of a cheaper Android tablet & half the price of a 10" Windows tablet. But there is no comparing either to Microsoft's Surface Go tablets for build quality or screen size & resolution. It's an (albeit older) premium product & I'm very pleased with my purchase.Update: Whilst support for Windows 10 is ending later this year & Updates says this particular tablet isn't eligible for upgrade to 11 I've had mine upgraded professionally to Windows 11 Professional for a reasonable price. Might be of interest to some people that this can be done. Far less expensive than buying a later model 😊

Battery doesn't last went from 100% to 35%in less than 25mins of being off charger, unresponsive on all corners, has Screen burn in top right corner, can't return it either due to not owning a dam printer, absolutely pathetic DO NOT BUY, IT AINT WORTH THE HASSLE,

Fantastic. Love it! For a refurbishment I really can't complain. Condition especially the screen was like new. After about 4 hours of updates it rubs like a dream.

Like new, works perfectly

Bought a refurbished surface pro 4 from Freestyll ltd about 1wk ago... and so far all good. Arrived very well packaged (not original packaging, no manual but that's ok, came with a charger), looks like new, works fine considering it's only got 4GB RAM. Battery life seems ok but I think in general for this device not more than 3-4hrs. Screen is very very nice. Only issue is a slightly noisy fan. Tried heavily loading and COU temperature is ok, so no concerns at this stage. Will update later if I have any other problems.

Amazed at the quality, everything works perfectly well

It’s pretty slow in general, when I try to click on anything on the screen it doesn’t respond fast enough or doesn’t respond at all!!

Came with a faulty charger and the battery life is only 2hrs when it should be 9hrs meaning that the battery health on the pc is very low
