I was taking several vitamins a day (Calcium Citrate, D3, K-2, Magnesium, and C). I was taking Calcium Citrate because I thought it was the only form of calcium that wouldn't cause constipation. I found this Garden of Life Vitamin Code Raw Calcium Supplement and it looked great because it had all the supplements I was already taking plus it had a probiotic. I also liked that the calcium and magnesium were from whole food plant based Algae instead of a rock. I ordered it and prayed that the calcium algae would not cause constipation. I have been taking it for a few weeks now and have had no problems. I also find the capsules easier to swallow than the large calcium tablets I was taking before. I am so glad I found this supplement.

Has all the factors to support bone health. Also contains probiotics and enzymes to help utilize the product

I have taken Garden of Life calcium for many years. I am an 86 year old woman and have been able to keep my bone density steady. In fact, it has gone up a bit over the past four years. I do think it is a little pricey but I am willing to pay the price to keep from having to take bone strengthening medicine. But it is a little cumbersome to take large pills.

Best quality calcium supplement I’ve found. I was taking this for a couple of months along with my cocktail of other vitamins. My dr said my calcium levels were a little low so she wanted me to take a supplement. Since I had not had a scan to measure bone density, I cannot attest to any changes there, but one outward thing I noticed was how my nails were super strong and growing really fast. After a couple months, I decided to try a cheaper but still highly-rated calcium just to see if it would work the same. Within a week of ONLY switching out the calcium supplement, my nails almost turned soft and started breaking and peeling and barely growing. I also had digestive upset which I had not had before. Everything else stayed the same except I just swapped to a different calcium. Needless to say, I immediately stopped taking the other brand and ordered this one on auto-ship again. I will be sticking with this brand from now on.

According to ChatGPT, this is one of the best calcium/mag sups on the market. However, the dose is 4 capsules which is a little much. Too much calcium can cause kidney issues. Mine arrived yesterday and I am taking 2 day. The magnesium is sourced from algae and dead sea minerals, not glycinate. It also has D3, K and K2 MK-7 as well as probiotic and enzyme blend. Very well rounded. Average capsule size, no taste I can determine. I purchased for my nutrition with Hashimoto's.

My go to for my calcium needs. It also helps to keep me regular unlike others that makes me constipated. Highly recommended!
