It works for me. It has all the ingredients that I’m supposed to take. The big plus for me is it’s a capsule. I have a hard time swallowing those other huge tablets.

It's important to purchase supplements that are actually going to be absorbed by your body, otherwise you're just throwing money away. Whole food vitamins, used in this product, have great bioavailability because they are in a form that most resembles the food you eat throughout the day. This form allows your body to digest and absorb much higher amounts, giving you the health benefits you were looking for before buying the supplement.Added benefits.All of the Garden of Life products contain probiotic and enzyme blends that further increase the digestion of the vitamins and minerals found in their products, the food you eat, as well as promote a healthy gut microbiome. This calcium supplement is a great whole foods version with real foods to nourish your body and get you the calcium and vitamin D that you need to work synergistically to help your bones. It’s great that it has MK-7 in the formula as well, which will further help absorption and direct the nutrients to the appropriate area so they don’t calcify in your arteries instead.** proceed with caution, if you are allergic to pineapple or papaya foods! In the enzyme blend this contains bromelain and papain which are derived from a heavy concentration of papaya and pineapple.Unfortunately, there are business laws in place to protect proprietary blends like this so the company isn’t mandated to state exactly how much of each enzyme is in their “blend”. If you are someone who is sensitive to products/foods, or or suffering from a medical illness I would suggest finding a different product on Amazon that specifically states how much of each ingredient is in there. That way you can know exactly what you are reacting to you and if it helps or if it hurts.

Hae used this for years to keep bone density up. This supplement and lots of wall squats!
