Since I was not familiar with it-I did some research and contacted my doctor about this product's ingredients and he was very happy with this formulation as it has the pepper in it which helps absorption. Turmeric is difficult to absorb so when looking for a great Turmeric product, I highly recommend this Zhou Nutrition Turmeric Curcumin with Bioperine 1650 mg!! It is recommended to take 3 times a day which I did for the first week or so. I went visiting friends for a few days and forgot to add my bottle of Turmeric in my bag. After not taking it for a couple of days, I noticed a difference in my pain level! It is obviously working! When I discussed this with my pharmacist and was overheard by the ladies at the counter-two of the ladies jumped in telling me that they take it daily and they too notice when they miss a day! I didn't know this was such a popular recommendation but I am so happy to be taking less pain pills over inflammation caused pain for a chronic condition! I won't be without it ever again! I now only need one or two a day since it is in my system and am happy about that! If you're on the fence about adding a natural anti-inflammatory-what have you got to lose but the pain? Highly recommend!!! Note; Be sure to stop taking a week before any procedure/surgery as it is a natural blood thinner as well. This is a great product and a great seller. I have been using the product for several months with good results. This product has 95% curcuminoids as well as including BioPerin in it. The BioPeride enables your body to absorb the curcumin. I have Lyme disease and have found significant joint improvement in my hands and feet. I stopped taking it for a short while and the increase in pain and swelling was notable. It does not remove all pain and swelling but it is definitely a very good quality product and gives you a measurable improvement. I take 3000 mg. daily. I will continue to purchase this product. I am 65 years old and have noticed another very significant improvement. It gives me much better short term recall and clarity. During the time I stopped it is when I really noticed the decline not only in memory and thinking sharpness but also in increased swelling and pain in the joints in my hands and feet. My husband has also started taking it as well.

This product is a lifesaver. I've been suffering from terrible undiagnosed pain in my right hand fingertips (dominate hand) for YEARS. I also had a cyst in my right wrist as well. While I still am seeking medical care to figure out the root of the problem, this supplement is the best pain reliever I have ever tired. It works better and faster than any Tylenol or ibuprofen. For example, I'd start experiencing pain and take an ibuprofen and an hour later I'm still in pain. When I take this stuff, it works quickly.Also, the size of my cyst has decreased! It's almost completely gone. I have put myself on a schedule where I take two in the morning, one at lunch, and two at night. I still have brief moments of pain (which is directly related to how much I use my hand) but it's no longer hurting when I'm not using it or performing an easy task and I'm not waking up in the middle of the night with shooting pain.I highly recommend this product to anyone who is experiencing any kind of inflammation in their joints or to anyone who has a stubborn cyst.

I take a lot of anti-inflammatory supplements to reduce swelling and pain because I am trying to rebuild muscle after an injury. Pain relievers interfere with muscle growth. Anti-inflammatories like Turmeric and ginger do not inhibit muscle growth and have many other health benefits (though each person should discuss this with their doctor, as there are some circumstances in which anti-inflammatories are not helpful.) I highly recommend taking Turmeric and other anti-inflammatories for anyone in a similar situation of needing to reduce inflammation without inhibiting muscle growth.Since I have no access to a lab I cannot speak with perfect accuracy to the potency or purity of this product. It looks and 'smells' correct - like turmeric. I pay the extra money for this product because it seems to be pure and other reviewers seem to have good results with it.

One of my favorites and true Gluten-Free Turmeric product

Initially, I bought this for my mother who has neuropathy and arthritis which causes her to have nerve and joint pain in her upper and lower extremities. Well, after taking it for a week, she's felt better. No more pain in her shoulders and legs. She's also noticed a change in her blood sugar. She's insulin dependent, having to give insulin twice a day, but after taking the capsules, her blood sugar is now within the normal limits. She's been taking it for more than 3 months and she loves it! Because of the great results, I've bought more for myself and for my father. I've been taking it for almost a month, and I can personally say that it actually works. I sometimes have back pain and terrible leg cramps, and I feel no pain the next day. My father has also experienced great results. He's been taking it for his diabetes and his blood sugar has been stable. I really recommend this product for those that experience joint pain and have diabetes, as it also has many other health benefits. It's a great supplement to take for your health.
