The media could not be loaded. I've had it now for 3 years and no issues. I love the multi colors and flame settings it has. It gives an amazing esthetic look to my wall. I would highly recommend it.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this from the warehouse, in "like new" condition so keep in mind the price was nearly $85 less. When I turned it on I heard a loud clicking sound, the flame rotations, and I could hardly see the flames due to the LED lights. I opened the face plate, removed the brown screen, & noticed the mirrors (plactic mirrors) where hitting a metal spring when they rotated. I cut it off so that it was no longer hitting & no more noise!! I also covered ever other led light with black tape so that it was not such a bright (fake) look and the flames became much more visible. I also added a few fake twigs just because I like the look but overall it took me 30 min to fix and now this is the finished product. I absolutely love it & for the price I couldn't be happier!

The media could not be loaded. It’s noisyAfter several conversations and text messages with customer service they not only gave me the solution for the noise. ( takes some personal ingenuity) but gave me compensation on my purchase for the inconvenience and a little extra work. It’s a very nice product with very nice support. Video is a before with the noise and hope to update with an after soon.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve worked through all the settings and electric fireplace is no where near the product images displayed on site. LED board has a constant hum/buzz while running. Perhaps my unit is not operating properly. Reviews and images provided are just not what I’ve received.

It's very nice the look and heat but half the numbers (numbers that appear when you change lighting) went out 3mths after I got it smh

We installed this in our travel trailer, original unit had a problem but company replaced it quickly and works great now

I like the unit. It was relatively easy to install and puts out good heat. The issue I had was with the remote. It was not working properly. After requesting and confirming they would send a new one, they began to ask many additional questions, requested pictures etc. while not sending confirmation that a new remote was sent. If you despise poor customer service, stay away from this product.

This is the coolest fireplace! Love that it is so thin it can be mounted on the wall:)
