Best jamma harness
Solid harness with button reference written in English on connector. ;)

The harness works as intended, but this is not a full harness
I bought this harness as it's reasonably priced and used it to wire the WINNT 60-in-1 JAMMA board . All minimally required features for a 2 player arcade are available with this harness. The quality of the wiring is good and does not feel cheap. Inexpensive? Yes. Cheap No.However, take care to make a note of the following and these do not make the product necessarily bad or poorly rated! It simply may not be suitable for your arcade application.1. This is not a full harness and there are no wires supplied for features that are not supported. Example, the extra #5 and #6 fire buttons.2. The harness does not do a good job of fool proofing against incorrectly plugging it into the board. You have to make sure that the group of thick Red and Yellow power wires are oriented up and to the top-left corner of the board when holding the board right side up with the VGA Monitor port pointing in your direction.3. There are no English descriptions on the harness. Covering the plastic plug with masking tape and marking the terminals by looking at the wiring in the JAMMA board manual makes for trouble free wiring.4. The crimped terminals on the harness are the smaller 3/16 inch female blade connectors. If you want to wire a 4" speaker, you may have to replace the 3/16 connector with the wider connectors that are 3/4 inch type as most speakers come with 3/4 male blade connectors.5. Finally, the 1- Player and 2-Player button wires maybe identical in color (in my case, Brown) . Therefore make sure you identify which wire goes where so you don't cross wire these 2 buttons. The same goes for both (+) and (-) speaker wires (mine were White).Overall a simple, usable harness that works with a super simple arcade set up!

The only harness I will buy now
I will not use any other brand of JAMMA harness after using this one. Three reasons: 1.) the wires are marked in English. Admittedly I have the JAMMA pin out memorized but it’s still nice to have English notation. 2.) the unused wires can be pulled out with a needle nose pliers. Usually on these harnesses the metal tabs are molded in but these are more like an insert (and thus are removable). Better than simply cutting used wires because you can put them back if you change your mind. I like neat installation and if (for example) I’m building a single joystick cabinet I’ll pull out the 2P joystick wires and all the other wires I am not using. Less of a rat’s nest when you’re done. 3.) I have had good experience with the seller Holland Computers. Great customer service, etc., so I want to keep giving them my business. In short I won’t use another brand. I’d even pay more, it’s just better.

Connections bad, numbers rub off. Does not have the cutout for location
I bought this based on others feedback. Yes the numbers are in English, YES they rub off, I have found approximately 12 of the connections for buttons have no continuity? They are crimped on the insulation not the wire. Will it work, yes, Take a picture first of the markings before they rub off. Also check each wire to make sure it has continuity. Hours wasted chasing this down.Another thing is to make sure it is installed correctly as it does not have the cutout to locate it to the board so you may install upside down and fry your Jamma board. Good luck
