Really has helped with healthier nails

I absolutely LOVE this collagen supplement. The only downside is that the pills are quite large, making them challenging to swallow. I’ve noticed a remarkable difference in my hair, nails, and skin! My hairdresser even told me that my hair appears thicker every time I visit her. It’s incredibly beneficial for my skin , when I start developing a pimple and apply acne cream, it still forms, but with these supplements, it never fully develops. This keeps my skin clear, mind yall that I have sensitive skin. My nails are thick and strong too. I highly recommend it and I always make sure to reorder. Bonus: It has Vitamin C! Love it!

I've noticed a huge difference in my nails. They grow a bit faster and seem much stronger as well. I have very thin nails but after a solid 2 months on this sup, I've noticed these positive changes. No real change in hair growth, but I'm sure it's helping with something.

i bought my first bottle at bj’s and just finished so decided to buy here and was able to get same day shipping. these have been so good. my nails are definitely stronger. i noticed a difference in them in about two weeks. i am consistent with taking them everyday no matter what lol. i also take them at the same time everyday so that i remember. i do take them on an empty stomach and have had no issues. if you do experience pain or discomfort then take after eating. the pills are big but i just take two at a time. the bottle from bj’s was higher in dosage so they suggested 6. this one suggests 3 but i’ll continue taking 6. anyway i also feel like my skin is glowing idk it’s weird. for my hair it does feel thicker. i haven’t noticed lenght yet. mine also came sealed (thank God).

These have effectively helped my hair and nails grow wonderfully. You get a ton of pills in a bottle which makes it worth the money to me. You do have to take 3 pills a day which is super easy if you’re ok with taking pills. I haven’t noticed help with pain relief but it’s suppose to be beneficial in reducing pain. pills are functional if you don’t drink a lot of collagen smoothies.

I take these every day. They don’t leave a bad taste and go down easy for being a bigger pill. They also seem to help my skin. Definitely would recommend.
