So, I am from the old school mercury thermometer, haha, and I thought it was about time to get current. I did a bunch of research on various models, and this thermometer seemed the best bet. Affordable, durable, well reviewed, and accurate.It comes in a clear case, battery already installed, and ready to use (just wash the tip first). Having recently dealt with the flu, I was happy this was minimal waiting -- about fifteen seconds, as opposed to four minutes using the old kind. Accuracy was the same as the mercury thermometer of ages past, so this is a great upgrade.Comfortable in the mouth, quick results, there's just everything to like about this! I hate being sick, but this will make it quicker and easier to keep track of any fever.Highly recommend!

I found this thermometer to be very accurate. I compared it to an old-fashioned mercury thermometer as well as another brand of digital thermometer. The color of this thermometer makes it very easy to find in my medicine cabinet. The flexibility and soft texture were a welcome feature.I found that the instructions for this product are very clear and the product is very easy to use. I was even able to use it on a child because the reading came so quickly! I like the fact that you can see previous temperatures taken so you can compare and keep a record of a fever during an illness.I definitely would recommend this product to friends and family. I have used products from this company in the past and have always been pleased.

When Covid hit, I realized that there were certain supplies I needed to get. Having looked at the stores in the area, which were ALL out of everything but the most expensive thermometers, I decided to give this I-Proven a try off of Amazon. Shipping was quick, and came well packaged. It comes in it's own clear storage case, so that's nice while it's bumping around in my first aid drawer. I tested the thermometer when it first arrived, The first thing I noticed was the flexible tip made the thermometer comfortable in my mouth. Definitely better than the hard style thermometer I had last. I'm usually a degree lower than "normal" and this is what it indicated, so it seems accurate. I then tried it again after drinking some hot coffee, and it indicated I had a fever, and the beep was a different tone to get your attention. The little smiley indicators are a nice touch, but really small, and difficult to see. They could be a bit larger. All in all this was a good purchase, seems accurate, good price, easy to use, and fast shipping. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an economical and accurate thermometer.

When my old, reliable digital oral thermometer gave out after 20-some years of use, I decided to try one of those thermometers that you stick in your ear, but it didn’t work worth crud. So then I tried one that swipes across your forehead - but again, I couldn’t get it to give the same result twice in a row, and it rarely seemed accurate. Thus, I was relieved to find this digital thermometer that works basically the same as my old one, with a couple of improvements: 1) the part that goes in your mouth is flexible, so it doesn’t stab the sensitive area under your tongue, and 2) it records your temp in 10-20 seconds. My old one took 30-60 seconds.I realize this isn’t an instant-read result, but I can live with a 20-second wait in order to get an accurate and reliable result - at a fraction of the cost, I might add. Also, its compact size makes it easy to travel with. I highly recommend it.

Flexible end thermometer that is very accurate, sleek thermometer and comes with a clear storage case. It is quick and easy to use. Even a child who doesn't know what the numbers mean can interpret the smiley faces on the thermometer. It beeps when it's ready to be read, however it does beep multiple times when you have a higher than normal temperature too, so be sure to read through the directions to know which beeps are for what.Overall, a great little thermometer to have around! I'd definitely recommend it!
