Great for touch ups!
I bought this to reapply my sunscreen over my makeup and it does a great job. It sprays on white buy I pat it in with my hand or beauty blender and it doesn't smudge my makeup!

The bottle sucks, the product doesn’t.
I physically exfoliated my face right before putting this on and it didn’t even threaten to sting. I just wish the application was even, you should spray, rub it in and repeat at least 5 times to get good coverage. The white cast blurs redness and the tackiness is amazing as a make up primer.

Yuck
This leaves a white cast on my skin and never fully absorbs. It leaves my skin feeling greasy and gross. Not just like a normal greasy sunscreen but it almost has a grit to it, it feels more like I was out playing in the dirt in the sun with my kids all day. It's a hard pass for me especially at the current price of $48.

Instant holy grail, use on my face to even out redness, gives skin healthy look, LOVE it
My enthusiasm may not mean that this will work for you, but I am so glad I tried this. I love it. I didnt notice it was a spray. I zeroed in on the fact that it is mineral based, which my dry sensitive 40 something skin likes. I have pink cheeks from TYPE 1 ROSACEA, that means visible veins (telangiectasias) which produce varying levels of rosy cheeks, nose, chin. Totally clear- no bumps, pustules (that is type 2). So, zinc helps take down the redness a bit. I am also fair & cool skinned, so while zinc can create a white cast, it can blend into my skin better than deeper skin tones. I had a holy grail sunscreen that just really worked well on my skin, and also simply made it look better. Then, they changed the formula. What I loved about it, others hated apparently. So for the past year I have been keeping my eyes open for something that would produce similar effect: even skin tone, brightened, flawless. I tried many, and while they all work as a sunscreen they dont have that special something I was looking to replace. Now like 50 containers of sunscreen in a box, I was not inclined to try yet another. But on a whim I gave this a whirl. I was disappointed when I realized it was a spray. How do I know if I used enough? Most of them time the spray style says to spray on hands and apply that way and not directly. Well this says to spray on face (and body) directly. I did. And..OMG instant HOLY GRAIL. SO GLAD I tried this. The spray is wet, but even. It pats in very easily. AND it totally does what my former HG product did: it makes me look better, look GOOD instantly. My skin just looks so perked up and evened out. ALL DAY. Somehow it even makes an ever so slight face lift feel. GAWD, I love this stuff. It is unscented, as in no perfume added, but it has some naturally occurring aroma. Faint, comforting, rather delightful. So light, non lingering.. and I really like it.I like the way it makes MY skin look so much, that I would use this at night if I were going out. There is a hint of white cast, just enough for my skin to respond positively. If you try it and find that it is a little too much, give it a try for use under make up. The mineral ones can be very good for evening out skin tone under make up. For me though.. this IS my make up. This sunscreen and some mascara and gloss. I am good to go.Please dont change a thing. This stuff is amazing and I will buy it again.

Absorbs Quickly, No Smell, No White Cast, No Irritation, Adds Light Hydration, Not Greasy Or Sticky
This HydroPeptide Solar Defense broad spectrum mineral sunscreen (SPF 30) is a great sunscreen for those who prefer spray ons. This is a white, fine mist spray that distributes nicely. I don’t notice any fragrance or smell. I cleanse, tone, apply a serum and face cream and follow with this sunscreen. If I wear makeup, I apply it after the sunscreen and haven’t had any issues.I have dry, sensitive and mature skin. This sunscreen absorbs and blends into my skin almost instantly. It doesn’t feel tacky on me and leaves no white cast on my light skin. It causes no irritation and it also feels nongreasy and weightless, yet it adds a little extra lightweight hydration. It takes no time to dry down and looks matte rather than dewy on my skin.I always have concerns about inhalation of spray ons, so I spray this into my hands and then apply it to my face. Using it that way, it’s runny as compared to a lotion. I do love the almost instant absorption, with the only downside for me being that it’s hard for me to know if I’m getting even and adequate coverage as it sinks in so fast. That’s not an issue if using the sprayer directly onto the skin, as I’ve sprayed this on my legs and easily see I’m getting good coverage and distribution.I’ve used this before going outdoors and haven’t gotten a burn or color from the sun, but the sun hasn’t been that strong given the time of year. So I can’t speak to prolonged use in strong sun yet, but this should be quite effective with 12% zinc oxide if applied liberally and reapplied as needed. The spray on is definitely handy at times, and this formula seems excellent based on my use so far and the lack of risky chemicals (based on EWG ratings). 5 stars.

No white cast or stickiness
I've yet to get much use out of this sunscreen as we're still in negative temperatures where I live, but on our rare recent sunny days I've given it a try, and so far I'm very happy. The big dealbreakers for me with sunscreens are white cast and stickiness. So far I've noticed very little white cast (though my skin is pearly white, so someone with darker skin may notice it more readily) and virtually no stickiness. The spray is a touch greasy, as is to be expected, but not uncomfortably so.My only cause for hesitation is the price, which seems a little high. I guess 100ml will go a long way, though.
