Good product
I feel healthier already! Been taking these for a couple weeks now and I have managed to avoid being sick (knock on wood ;). These are a wonderful value. Good quality ingredients that work well. They are easy to take and I have no negative side effects. Will buy again!

For me, it works!!
This supplement along with the elderberry/c/zinc combo has been my longest supplement stack. All I know is even if I am sick it's very mild and short and I credit this high dose of zinc and C. (Along with High vitamin D and magnesium) Also, I break open the capsule and blend in my morning protein shake to avoid zinc sensitivity. I definitely recommend year round !
