I'm sorry to say but the people critisising this item for it's small size, must be using it very incorrectly. It is for your NECK. Unless these people have massive necks, I don't understand why they think this is a child's size. Children don't tend to have things like even made for them. There is even a video on the item page showing you how to use it - with an adult human female! It relieves so much pressure in my neck, and along with stretches and foam rolling, is going to be a good piece of kit for me in my neck-hump reversal. Please don't be put off by the reviews written by people who haven't got a clue what they're doing.

This was recommended by my chiropractor, and it does help relieve any attention in your neck. I lay on it in the morning and at night and just try to relax for a couple of minutes. I like that it has a pad so you can adjust the height. It took me a minute just to figure out which direction to use it in, but once I did, it’s great.
