I'm 5'4", thin woman. The small size adult collar I got fit but I was barely able to secure it with the velcro to get it to. This child's size is perfect, as far as the velcro placement goes and is a far better collar for me. It sits better on my neck where it meets my jawline. That's the best part-it's a bit narrower than an adult's and fits perfectly below my jaw/my jaw rests on it and this keeps my head more stable. It is quite firm but not stiff which I really like. Very well made. I recommend for either a youth or small adult as it's a quality product.

I bought this to wear while being the driver or passenger. I've had previous neck surgery and like having support when in the car or airplane several hours. This teenage size is perfect for small women.

It is supportive but can be hot in warm weather. Double check the neck measurements before ordering. It needs to be tight to do its job. This soft cervical collar helped my disabled daughter to secure her neck on wheelchair accessible rides in Theme parks. It was very helpful. Also can be worn in car. I recommend for anyone needing neck support.

Too small couldn't use

I had surgery for cervical myelopathy and none of the collars the surgeon and the physical therapist offered fit me. My neck is short. I ordered this collar from Amazon in a child’s large and it is perfect.

I am a 65 yo woman. Trying to find a soft cervical collar that fits was difficult at best. I finally found this one, it fits well and helps with pain control

This neck brace is good for a child or toddler, but it was a little small for my 13-year-old. A full-size neck brace was too large so I guess she’s just in this awkward place where nothing will fit. But if you have a small child, I would say this is great.
