This pre-workout really works for me, especially during my CrossFit sessions. The Ring Pop flavor is fun and tasty—I actually like to mix it with carbonated water, which makes it feel like a fizzy energy drink. It does give me that classic itchy, tingly feeling at first, but it goes away quickly. I make sure to only take it in the mornings, because I know it would definitely keep me up at night. The energy and pump last a solid 3–4 hours. This pre workout tastes AMAZING!! I love it so much and I love that the ingredients are thought out and clean. I try to always look for something with better ingredients and this is the best I’ve found so far. It also doesn’t even come with any food colors which is great. If it is colored it gets the color from vegetables which is a definite yes in my book. It is pricey but so is any other pre workout on the market really. I definitely recommend this one especially this flavor as it’s my favorite one they have.
