Thai Rice Pasta Noodles 3-PACK Organic & Gluten-Free- 26.4oz, 3 servings per package by King Soba

I keep buying these noodles. They are tasty and wrapped in individual-sized portions within a larger three size pack. My only warning (and this is probably true for any noodle of this kind) is have your sauce or however you plan to serve it ready to mix in as soon as the noodles are ready. I have made a brown sauce with scallions (with almond butter, tempura sauce, sesame oil, bits of ginger and garlic) that has worked well for company.

These noodles are delicious, and easy to make! They're priced well for being organic too. I've searched everywhere for decently priced organic rice noodles, and I'm so happy to have found these. Some of these types of noodles end up tasting or feeling like cardboard in my mouth, but these were perfect. Highly recommend.

So tasty! I used these with a pork curry dish and everyone loved them. Just wish I had realized that there were wrappers around the noodles, inside the bag before I dumped them into the boiling water!

The pasta holds well. Many gf pastas don't. Just follow the instructions and the texture and flavor are great. I like the pasta thin because it will absorb the flavor quickly. Most importantly that it's organic.

SO DELICIOUS. FIVE STAR RAVE.A LITTLE BUTTER, A LITTLE SOY SAUCE. TOP THEM WITH SAUTEED SHITAKE MUSHROOMS AND TOFU.HEAVEN!!!!TO keep them from sticking together when cooking --->add 1 tsp of olive oil to the water when bringing it to a boil.

I thought I had gotten a really good deal on these when I saw the price, but I guess it was too good to be true. No matter how much stirring, or how big a pot of salted water I use to boil these, they always stick together. It's unfortunate, because they make an impressive display for seafood with vodka sauce, or an Asian themed dish.

Nice taste, not heavy.I would buy again.

In theory, I should love these - they’re gluten free and organic, and should be perfect for any noodle dish. I ordered these for a Thai style crispy beef and noodles dinner. Maybe I didn’t cook them correctly, but they ended up being a sloppy, sticky mess of congealed noodles. I will try again some other time, but the texture wasn’t great. The taste and packaging, along with the ingredients are great - just poor texture unfortunately.

These noodles aren’t great as they get super soggy very quickly

Cooked as per instructions - too hard - gave a minute more and still fairly hard but gloopy.Drained and rinsed to get rid of excess starch - still really gloopy and horrible texture.Thin rice noodles are always tricky to cook due to thinness. These sadly weren’t good. Put this and rest of packets straight in bin :(
