Definitely eases head and shoulder stress. Felt a bit strange for the first hour or so but after that, this has to be one of the best positioned pillows designed. Will consider buying another, very impressed.

Had this in bed with me for nearly 8 weeks, and it honestly misses the mark for functionality. Once your head finds the metal frame through the cushion it’s very uncomfortable, and that’s not that long. Much smaller than it needs to be, and the arch of the frame really needs to be flatter on the top to support your head. I’ve tried it with a pillow added, but then it’s too high for side or front sleeping.

Doesn’t hold up when head laid on the pillow. Waste of money.

Needs to have proper dimensions of a pillow with under-arm function... Returning it

do not buy! I forgot to return it in time as I was traveling for a month, but definitely wish I could. Not worth $5, much less the cost. Not only is the pillow very uncomfortable, it doesn't work for what you pay for it to do. My girlfriend laid down on the pillow and I put my arm in the hole....I am not a big person at all, nor is my girlfriend, yet i still felt the weight of her head on my arm. Not worth anything!
