Kuryakyn 9439 Alley Cat Air Cleaner/Filter Cover for 1999-2017 Harley-Davidson Motorcycles, Chrome medium

This product to my 2001 Harley night train and man does it make it pop I have also plasty dip it to match the rest of my bike it took the plasty dip very well looks absolutely amazing it's easy to install I do have to agree with all the other reviewers that you should use the factory bowl but other than that for the price this product is on beatable it will change your bike around in the matter of minutes I recommended this to my friends and family who ride Harleys and had nothing but good things to say about it I get compliments all the time so again if you're looking for cheap easy way to get a new look for your bike shoes this Air filter cover over all others

This will sound odd to give this a 5 star, the product description says Black/chrome. To me black/chrome is chrome with a tint of black I have a few of these parts on my bike and they are hard to find. This is black with chrome mesh insert, maybe it's just me misinterpreting, so I returned it and ordered the chrome one. I did have a chance to inspect it and it's a very nice conversion from my old football stock one. The pic. does look like (tint)black/chrome but the one sent to me is black....make sense? Anyway it is a nice conversion, I ordered the rain sock separate after all I do live in Washington.

I put this on a Vance & Hinds V O 2. It fit and looks nice. I put a rubber O-Ring behind the nut to keep it firm and the nut won't back off. Put 10,000 miles on it without an issue. I also Cleaned and treated the Air Filter and I have road in the rain with out issue.Looks Great!Lot's of compliments!Take care of your stuff.

Mounted the Kuryakn Alley Cat Air Cleaner Cover over an Arlen Ness Big Sucker Air Cleaner with chrome backing plate on my 2013 H-D Street Glide. Cover fits like it was custom made for this installation. Top self quality! Looks better than good. Looks better than great. Looks better than awesome. I see a lot of H-D covers, a lot of Arlen Ness covers, a lot of Roland Sands covers and the other common ones, but had/have never seen a bike with this cover on it before. Glad I bought it. Will have my ride standing out from the crowd.

Well known manufacturer of harley aftermarket products but this one is kinda on their cheaper side. Didnt fit my harleys aircleaner element and the mesh screen was kinda of ghetto looking.

I bought this black chrome air cleaner cover for my Son's 2000 Road King to match the color theme of his bike. I got the all chrome version for my 2003 Anniversary Electra-glide Classic. We both have the Arleen Ness Big Sucker Stage 1 kit installed and It really gives our bikes a "custom" look vs the OEM air cleaner cover. It is easy to install and only take minutes. I've attached a generic photo to show the comparison of both OEM and the all-chrome version to provide a visual for you to decide if you like this look for your bike (s).

Just installed this on my 2004 Road King Classic. It not only looks great but I've noticed that the engine winds up faster as more air is coming through the front of the Ness Big Sucker air cleaner. I've never liked the Harley "football" as a lot of the intake air comes off the hot engine. I've noticed a performance difference as I had expected basis cooler air flowing into the motor and more of it. As usual, the Kuryakyn chrome is very "crisp". You'll like this addition to your bike!

I love the look of the product but the tri-point center screw attachment fell off right away. It has a plastic ring that goes around the center nut and the tri-point cover snaps onto that plastic ring. Poor design and now left with the air cleaner cover only and no cover for the center nut. Really takes away from the whole presentation and enjoyment. Will be looking for a replacement.
