Imo, life extension makes the best quality vitamins- I first read about them a half-century ago, have been taken them for decades, and at 73 my eyesight's still pretty good. I'll be reordering!

Seems to work, I use only life extentions vitamins. So far so good, no side effects, no nausea of feeling discomfort afterwards. I believe the ingredients contained in this vitamin should help the eyes as it's supplying extra nutrients.

Good ingredients for my eyes. Especially when I spend hours each day on my computer. Every little bit helps.

I like this formula to help protect my eyes. With an older parent who has macular degeneration, I think it’s worth trying to take preventative steps since it can be hereditary. I don’t want to take formulas with zinc added right now since it both upsets my stomach and has its own risks when taken long term (with prostate for men.) This has the ingredients (like Lutein) that I want to target now and in sufficient quantity … and the price is excellent. I do wish it was third party certified by NSF or USP - I don’t see that on these.

This was recommended by my eye doctor. It is priced reasonably and seems to do a good job.

I’ve been taking this supplement since the end of March. A friend recommended after I’d gotten one of those subconjunctival hemorrhage (or blood in the white of the eye) I’ve used prescription glasses to drive for the past 3 years. But yesterday I started noticing my distance vision was worse with those glasses..hum.. maybe just too much computer time as eyes at my age (over 60) have a harder time refocusing after close up reading. But again today even after very little computer time.. I kept taking them on and off to confirm that I really CAN see better without the prescription sunglasses! I had Lasix in 1999 and had the mono-vision option, where my dominate eye is for distance and other for reading. For about 15 years I didn’t need any glasses (I’d been very nearsighted) but age crept up and now I have reading, tv, computer and driving prescription glasses. But today I drove all over town just wearing my old NON-prescription sunglasses and was able to read street signs I could read before without prescription glasses…hence my title of this review. I’m stunned! My distance eye (my dominant which is for distance) is better?!? Huh??? I still need reading glasses unless that also improves. We’ll see! I never expected this and see others have also benefited. I do have very dry eyes and my Dr just prescribed Restasis but I haven’t started it yet. I can’t wait see if it helps even more as Restasis reduces the inflammation causing very dry eyes (I’m also a long time antihistamine taker) Just wanted to add my review to others here. UPDATE: I had an eye exam 2 days ago and my doctor confirmed I have zero indications of AMD. None of the drusen which can be precursors to AMD. I’m also seeing better up close. Today in the grocery store I was able to actually read (not super clear) the letters on the Tuna cans I buy. I always had to get out my reading glasses before to even see if I was actually buying canned tuna and not something else. I almost laughed out loud. It’s like the lights are brighter which I can’t explain. So my point of this update is to say I’m a person with zero AMD and my vision is improving. This supplement is amazing.

Used only about 2 bottles, Dr office checked eye pressure twice went down to 10 on One eye , from 2 months ago measured 26 . Other eye was blind and already have whacked pressure for few years 37 , after taking this supplement was 36. ( surgery was recommended on this eye) so overall I’m impressed with the result . Will continue to take and update in a few months , it work wonders so far.

My vision was starting to blur and get worse but literally after taking this supplement for only a month my vision improved! Love life extension supplements but this one is a game changer. Much more effective for me than other eye supplements twice the cost.
