They technically... barely work if you're staring directly into a laser beam in a pitch black environment.

Very poor quality as the effects needed extremely bright light to create very faint hearts. Almost all you see is the occassional colour change Would not buy again - save your money and skip on this

These are great as a cool and inexpensive gift for people at shows/festivals. I love the way people's faces light up when they see the hearts. Of course these will not work during day time, they will work well at night on bright points of light like Christmas lights, fireworks, lasers, etc.

great! be advised do not work in daylight but once it's dark they are super vivid, beautiful hearts! great as gifts, to bring to events, or just compare spectrum of various light sources (again, they don't do anything in daytime don't be disappointed, they come alive at night)

I bought these for a Valentine's party and they do not work at all. When looking at the light they do not have any affect at all. No shapes. No hearts. Not even a change in color around the lights. This is a horrible product.
