I have been using yoga balls for over 20 years for excercise, chairs, physical therapy and by sitting on one and leaning the corner of the bed as the only way I sleep for 2 pregnancies. I didn't know what a good ball was until I found this one. After replacing what I thought was a good one 4 times in a less than a year I decided it was time for a change. It was the same brand I bought through a physical therapist 20 years ago so I kept get replacing it until I realized I was about to buy a fifth one in less than a year, the last one I didn't even have for a month. I spent the better part of a week searching for something better. I saw this one on day 2 but kept searching because it was nearly twice what I planned to spend. There had to be a good one for less. This one kept coming up and I finally decided that for less than what I had spent in replacements I'd go for it and I'm so glad I did. As soon as I sat on it I knew it was different, I can't describe in what way it just is. The teenagers have kicked it around, the toddler has climbed and jumped on it, I even found my very large cat sitting on it and it's still here. I am going to get another to replace the one I use for my son's OT, my sister is getting one for Christmas and I'm trying to figure out who else I can get one for. If you're reading this then you're thinking about buying it. Stop thinking, stop reading and buy it. It is worth every penny.

Love using yoga balls for a desk chair.Always measure! Even when you think you know, measure to be sure! I thought I knew what size i needed being an amazon woman, but this one is nearly too big for me to sit on when fully inflated. I can't sit on it when fully inflated AND sitting on the base.Covers is cool, makes sitting on it more comfortable, but it's a dog hair magnet and lint collector which is annoying and kind of gross. Haven't washed it yet because I am not sure if it will shrink so i just vacuum it.Ball itself feels thick and sturdy. Cheap pump that comes with all of them is annoying and squeaks like they all do so I use the spiked attachments with my regular bicycle tire pump to get it done faster and quieter.If you have issues with back, knees, hips, etc. after sitting at your desk all day, check your chair! I guarantee you are not sitting at the right height - having everything inline and at the right heights is so important. And getting one of these naturally puts your body in the best alignment for itself, then you just have to make sure your desk matches. If you have nervous energy this ball is great for fidgeting while you work. Rocking and doing make shift situps on it are great if you get stressed out at work. Rolling it in circles under your hips while you answer emails is great for gently strengthening your back and keeping it warmed up and loose. Just get one, you won't be sorry.

It's so comfortable! Easy to use. I left the cover a little baggy by leaving the ball underinflated, so I can make adjustments by grabbing the fabric, which is tactically inviting and very strong. I've been through a bunch of exercise balls, and I am sure this one will last much longer with the cover. I didn't think I'd really use the ring, but it has its own cover, and I'm coming up with all sorts of extra uses for it, plus it stabilizes the ball as a chair as intended. I'm super-pleased with this product. The cover is a game changer. Among other things, it lets me use it as a back rest. Grip without grit. I'm older than most folks who use these, and have no fear of it slipping or shooting out from under me and making me fall. What it's doing for my ribs, back, neck and hip joints is delicious and divine. It's complete, as in I didn't need anything extra to make it go. Somehow, I got the idea that it came with a foot pump, but the hand pump worked just fine.

** Update 7/4/23** Another 5 days out from my review (12 days total of having the new ball) and still I'm putting air in it every day with an electric air pump and still it will not reach it's size of 75cm. Heck, I can't even get it to reach 65cm. I guess I'm going to have to return this one too and find another brand that will inflate to the full size. After buying two different size balls and having them both not inflate to their full size, I can not recommend this.I really, really want to like this ball, but it will not inflate to it's fullest size. First I purchased the 65cm ball and read every review and the instructions a few times. I did exactly what everyone said to do, inflate it and wait a day, let the air out half way and inflate again. AND I'm using an electric air pump! I did this a number of times over a couple of weeks and it never got completely full. It would get until I had about 2 inches left. So I returned it and then purchased the 75cm ball, thinking I would give this another try and maybe have better luck with the bigger size. Nope, here I am 7 days in doing the same thing and it will not go above what seems to be the same size as the last one got, so I still have about a 12cm to go. So now, I'm thinking of returning this one. I really wanted to like this ball. The color of the cover is prefect and would fit nicely in my room for my work from home days. I was hoping it would work out so that I could buy one for desk at my office too. So bummed and frustrated.

Good chair or PT device, ring is handy

No issue inflating to the right size but it’s not convenient to inflate - important plastics bits that are easy to lose and you have to be quick to put the plug in. You also have to almost fully deflate the ball to remove the cover for washing, which means you have to do this inflating process all over again. Not sure if there are better designs out there, but it’s a huge flaw. Do like having a cover overall (no squeaky rubber feeling), but needs to be easier to remove and wash.
