I like drones. But this is a stellar deal.
So, I'm a bit into drones. And yes, I know that you can't use the e-max headset with DJI products, so don't get confused. But when you have a 4 year old who wants to fly your expensive drones and has a small face, what to do?I use this e-max 5.8ghz headset with an Interceptor FPV ground car (see my other reviews). The video quality from a Runcam-type VTX is great. Our house is adobe construction and 3300sf, and you can drive the car completely from one end to the other in FPV mode.I say "I", but the person who really uses this is a 4 year old. And the goggles survive his usage, which, as anyone with a 4 year old knows, means they are tough. They are adjustable for his head size and eyesight, and he had no problem getting adjusted to them. They use a standard LiPo cell inside a larger USB charging box, so you could keep a few batteries handy, and they have an internal fan.Would I use these if I were a pro drone racer or filmer? Of course not. But for $50 bucks, they are an absolute steal and bring FPV into the impulse-purchase price range. I like them so much I bought one for myself as well!

Broken directly from the box
I ordered these for my son so he could have his own pair to watch when we fly together. Opened it up, put a new 18650 in and plugged it in, and the screen boots up fine. However, NONE of the buttons on the goggles work and I cannot access the menu, change the band, or change the channel. The goggles are stuck in R-04 and you can't change it. All of my quads are set to E-03 (5665) and I can't change them all to R-04 because my freq is coordinated with my buddies. We're supposed to go fly with friends on Saturday and now my son won't be able to see anything (I submitted a return request but they won't get here in time). He's super bummed about it.Edit: Got the replacements quicker than expected (in time for our session on Saturday) and the new ones work fine. Bumping up the score a bit.

Not what I needed.
Unfortunately these goggles do not fit over glasses. The fit is on the small side all around, but I probably could have made them work with foam padding. I ended up returning them and got Skyzone Cobra X goggles.

So far it good!!
So far so good. Itβs hard to tell how well they work. Until you get out and fly. Then fly in different locations etc. But I was surprised at first glance looks like they have small Field of view. But they actually have a decent field of view. Only thing Iβm concerned is battery wire looks a bit ripped out of box. But works. So we shall see how they hold up.

Great for the Price
I love the feel and size of theses goggles they are made of good quality and work with a multitude of cameras. I believe that they are perfect for some lower level drones they are staticky at longer ranges but they get the job done. If you see this you should get a cookie.
