Highway Pegs Footpeg Chromed for 1.25" Engine Guard - Tri Glide Sportster Electra Road Glide Road King Street Glide (Silver)

Can't fault the quality and finish of the product but unfortunately it was too small diameter wise to fit the crash bars on my 2018 Road King plus the small Allen key was missing, the latter not really a problem for most people who do their own mechanics.I was thinking 3 stars initially but I didn't want to downrate this product too much because it could be that this was just a one-off and I would have happily fitted the pegs had they fitted.

This product was my first set of highway pegs but not even close to my first go round with motorcycle parts.They are made of metal and it seems to be strong enough for the job. I ws also pleased with the feel of the rubber strips, as they do not feel like they will crumble nor peel off. The mounts are strong enough that while adjusting them to my fit, I thought I left it loose enough to push around little with my foot while getting my final positioning, but I was wrong, they took actual effort to turn them with from the on bike position, I then snugged them up and they have stayed put since. The hinges also are adjustable to give your desired amount of resistance when flipping them up or down as needed. It feels as though they will last the life of the bike and so far I am very happy with my purchase.

I bought these for my 2018 Indian chieftain, and they could not have worked better!They fit the factory highway bar perfectly, and offer adjustability for the rotation of the footpad.The washers were a little tight while installing the footpad to the bracket, so I only ended up using one on each but the friction fit is perfect, and adjustable based on how much you tighten the bolt.

Update - I went to my local hardware store and bought stainless steel replacement bolts (see attached photos). Cost for 2 bolts, 4 washers, and 2 nylon locking nuts $6. Hint to seller - buy and include those quality parts and you'll get 5 star reviews from everyone!====================================================================For the price they aren't bad. I found pieces of chrome in the box - didn't notice any missing so hopefully it was just from milling. The reason I gave it 4 stars is the subpar bolts. They did use nylon non-slip nuts but the bolts appear like they were grabbed from home depot bolt bin. I would have paid a few more dollars for a better / chrome bolt. The bolt takes away from the overall appearance. And there are NO washers included - luckily I had some that fit because if you tightened down on that bolt the head would have gouged the chrome.Pros:- Price- Thick sturdy hardware- Easy installCons:- The bolt - 1 star off for sub-par bolt that takes away from the appearance.- No washers - at a minimum they should include plastic / nylon washer so the bolt head doesn't gouge the chromeGiven the price and the solid hardware pieces I would recommend it. My expectation is I'll get 4 or 5 years out of the chrome before it begins to show signs of wear but for under $50 that's not a bad deal.

Perfect addition to my highway bars to add a comfortable additional place to put my feet.These fit perfectly, were super easy to install and tighten securely. Just did a 1500KM trip and used them the whole time. They didn’t budge and worked perfectly. Absolutely nothing to complain about so far.Well worth the cost!
