Works great
I had an older mesh system that struggled in a congested wifi environment. This system works consistently at high speed and reconnects to the best node very quickly. In 6 months of operation it has not missed a beat.

Perfecto

Easy, feature rich and cheap. Few downsides, even for techies.
I felt the need to write a review here, as some of the information flying around on other reviews is plain wrong. I haven't owned a D-Link product since a D-Link DIR615 way back when, which I had flashed with DD-WRT firmware. For reference, I'm using these with a Gigabit Virgin Media connection with the Superhub 5 in modem mode. One node alone makes the signal strength of this new, Wifi 6 Virgin Media provided hub look atrocious. Now, first up, a glaring review from Someone said the 5GHz network doesn't work except on the first unit, which would definitely put some people off. This is a massive misunderstanding of the technology and what makes it cheap. The units are absolutely fantastic, they are covering 75+ devices absolutely fine. Now, the real downsides of these units, as not everything is perfect - they are dual band only, and they are not wall/ceiling mountable. A fair trade off for the price., so make sure you've got some shelf space. Thankfully they can be hidden quite nicely thanks to their small size and discreet design. For those that aren't techy, dual band refers to the 2.4GHz and 5GHz wifi channels - Ethernet backhauling is a must to get the most speed out of both bands, as when additional nodes are wirelessly connected they use the 5GHz channel to send/receive the data from each other, meaning the bandwidth is effectively halved when connected to it. I imagine this is why the reviewer making believes it wasn't working, as with a high speed gigabit ethernet connection you will certainly notice this if you do not ethernet backhaul them compared to when connected to the 5GHz on the base router. If you are not able to ethernet backhaul these devices, I would certainly recommend a Tri-band model if you have a high speed internet connection now or not, as you never know what speeds you will be able to get in your area in a year or two and you do not want to be buying another router then. Now, the GUI isn't the best but it's certainly not the worst - it's responsive and fluid, just a little dated in my opinion. The Smartphone app may as well not exist as you need to be on the local network to use it, but honestly who is monitoring their router to the point where they need to use an app like this anyway? If you need to do that, something is wrong or you're looking at the wrong product for enterprise needs - consumer routers should be installed then just work. It's always been that way and owning a smartphone doesn't change that! The OS has all the high end router features you probably wouldn't expect on a unit this cheap such as DynamicDNS, quickVPN also have QoS, advanced IPV4/IPV6 Firewall rules and features that telco provider routers are missing altogether (Like the ability to disable SIP ALG!).Just look at the price difference compared to the Eero 6 - which might I add you can't even ethernet backhaul if you want without buying the Pros and are STILL dual band only. And of course Amazon will be mining all of your internet data and traffic along the way.

Fácil instalación. Wifi estable
Es de fácil instalación siguiendo el tutorial guiado al descargar la App. El wifi es estable. No se corta. El único inconveniente que el router parte de 600Mb y al módulo más alejado sólo llegan 120Mb. Se pierde bastante señal.
