This shower head was simple to install. Takes about 5 minutes. It's very sturdy with a quality hose. The magnetic handle is fantastic. Get the handle anywhere near the magnet and it grabs it. When hanging it is very easy to adjust up or down. I also like the fact that it's not a super high pressure flow and doesn't splash water everywhere.

I was skeptical to buy this at first due to the low price but it is great! It was easy to install, looks great, and works great too. The head has adjustable sprays and the magnetic mount is wonderful. No need to get the head in the slot precisely, the magnet pulls it into the right place. The hose length is just right to allow me to rinse down the shower after using it ot after cleaning it.

I struggled with installing this showerhead, although it is advertised as being easy to hand-install without tools. When I screwed this showerhead on it leaked at the main connection. I added new plumber's tape & it leaked just as much. I removed the new plumber's tape and also the old plumber's tape that had been on the shower pipe threads for years for the previous showerhead. Once I had removed all plumber's tape/residue on the pipe threads and screwed this new showerhead on, there were no leaks. I also had dislodged the preinstalled washer & screen inside the main pipe connection when I took it on & off the shower pipe, so I had to use a small dull tool to lodge the washer & screen back into place. I'm posting this for past reviewers who say they cannot get the connection to stop leaking. It was a pain, because I had to unscrew the handheld hose first each time I had to remove the showerhead & try something else. It hasn't leaked since I completely cleaned the pipe threads and screwed the showerhead back on & made sure that all three connection washers were in the correct positions.The magnetic docking system is strong. I like how an additional dock can be purchased, so people with mobility difficulties can dock the showerhead on the wall when sitting & the showerhead will not come loose. Good design.The showerhead might last longer if it had all metal parts. If the showerhead breaks, I'll come and update the review. I did buy the MOEN brand for its warranty and customer service, as I have had a good experience with that in the past. I also purchased another Moen showerhead with a wider handheld face, and even if it had more chrome finish, it was chrome finish on plastic joiners. At this point in time, you will have to pay $$$ for a completely metal MOEN showerhead fixture.

Another thing is that the shower head bracket is made of plastic while my original moen shower head faucet was made of metal. Kind of feels like the faucet may break if more pressure is applied to secure it. Overall, it’s a reliable choice for those seeking an efficient and stylish shower upgrade.

Great shower head so far. Like that its magnetic so its quick to put up. Being tall it sits just at the right height for me while the rest of the household it hits them in the face lol.

This shower head received a lot of great reviews here on Amazon so I took a chance on it when our old shower head suddenly blew off the wall mid-shower a while back.All the positive reviews about the spray are true, it has a fine sprayer with lots of nice options. The water pressure is also a positive and I didn’t notice a decrease in pressure. All of those points of other’s reviews are accurate. What I absolutely hated about the shower head was, in fact, the main selling point of the shower head: the magnet feature. Once the unit is fully installed this shower head connects to the arm by use of a powerful magnet in the back of the shower head. This is indeed nice if you have troubles reaching the arm or steadying your arm to put it back in its slot. This feature would be excellent for any elderly person that may need to sit down on a seat to shower. For me, however, the fact that the physical shower head attaches to the arm by the back of the head made the shower head sit about 8” too low on the wall. If you picture a typical removable shower head it connects into the neck of the wall arm low on the handle meaning the shower head sits high and the water comes down at you from above. With this shower head it sits very low on the wall and the water comes almost directly at you horizontally requiring me to squat low to rinse my face and hair. For reference, by the way, I’m a 5’ 10” male, so not abnormally tall by any means. The very first time I used the shower head I knew it was coming off the wall and going back to Amazon. I absolutely cannot squat and bend low every single time I need to rinse my head or face off.Again, my complaint is a complaint about a *feature* of the shower head, and not a *flaw* of the shower head. As I said before this feature may be no issue for someone of smaller stature. It may be a life saver for an elderly person who needs a lower shower head. For me, however, I couldn’t do it.I hope that reading this honest review gives you a better picture of whether or not you should purchase this shower head for your home shower.
