It keeps the water in my hot tub nice and clear, as well as keeping the chlorine balance where it should be with no problems. The value was great based on what I was paying at our local pool shop.It is a granulated powder that dissolves fairly quickly. It dispersed throughout the tub water without all falling to the bottom. So, its a nice weight that allowed good 'emulsion', if that's a good description.I would recommend.

I use this once weeks for my hot tub and my water is always clean.

Inexpensive and simple to use
I add one teaspoon of chlorine daily to my hot tub, whether we use it or not. Keeps my water sparkling clean and smelling fresh. Love it.
