Affordable and good quality.
No horrid aftertaste which is important to me, and a good level of Vitamin C which is obviously the main reason for taking them. Only improvement would be to use a glass jar instead of plastic.

Vit C with zinc and Rosehip. 90 capsules. These are 22mm long by 6mm thick so about average and you are advised to take them 2 a day with food. Vit C and Zinc are both recommended as a supplement to help ward off illness so the two together is a good combination. I could not taste anything when I took them as they are for swallowing and not chewing. They go down quite easily taken with food and washing down with water. The jar has 90 tablets and so should be sufficient for 45 days . 2 tablets is enough for Vit C 1500% NRV Zinc 150% NRV is Nutrient Reference Value The Rosehip Element is likely to be the source of the vitamin c They do contain Sunflower oil so if you are avoiding seed oils, these wont be for you. The best before date is 9 months in the future .
