No, flashing orang means it doesn’t work, you have to take plug out. I think that because the gel is too thick or too little.

Q: Does this feel very hot on the skin? And what happens if you don't keep the device moving?

Hi, thanks for reaching out. The TriPollar devices are designed to heat the dermis to between 102 and 104 degrees Fahrenheit, or 40 - 42 degrees Celsius. You only need to remain in a stationary area for just a few moments to allow the device to get to temperature, and then you will want to move the device incrementally to a new area. Was okay at first now just overheats after a few min and shuts down, WASTE of money !!

TRIPOLLAR is I name you do not want to be associated with. Despite their claims they lack integrity, send out inferior products with inferior quality and their customer service is about the worst you could get. BE AWARE..no refunds, no money back even for faulty goods! Should be banned as online retailers.
