Works great when running vs taking a sports drink and having a bunch of water sloshing around. Only downside is that it's more expensive than just drinking the electrolytes, but the simplicity of this is why I use it the majority of the time as opposed to a drink. Tastes good and easy to chew, even while running.

I suggest buying a small sample and replenish it with the bottle to keep it handy in a small container, easy to recognize, and fairly waterproof while on a run or doing other activities. These are amazing for my half marathon training. I'm able to throw them in my belt or vest and they keep me energized and replace those lost electrolytes during these hot summer runs.
