Gluten-free Gochujang isn't available locally, so I was hoping this would be good, and it did not disappoint! This is an essential seasoning for many Korean dishes and this product is as good as the standard commercial offerings, just without the gluten. It's well packaged in a resealable tub with a freshness-sealed interior. It gives good kick and proper flavour for authentic dishes.

Great tasting

I make a lot of Asian cuisine at home and I bought this because the usual sauce that I use was out of stock and I felt that I couldn’t wait for it to be in stock so I purchased this. I am so glad that I purchased this product. Though I still love the sauce that I usually purchase, this is a very close second. I am so glad I decided to try it since there are not a lot of sauces that I can purchase being gluten free. It has the right amount of spice and it’s also tangy and sweet. I love it!

First time I tried Korean (mild no chile) gochujang my microbiome experienced a major reset for the better. It was shocking how fast it happened as I lost 3 pounds of water in a single day and my diverticulitis pains vanished for good! But most of these tubs are way too big for a single person to use up before they get old and dark colored. No savory, no soy flavor, no sweetness, just red hot burning pain! I know that others like the spice so I was generous with 4 stars. One star for me personally.

I’m so happy I found Gluten free gochujang! No stores near me sell the Gluten free version, so having this available through Amazon is wonderful! Great sweet and spicy flavor! Perfect on everything!

I got this chili paste because it doesn't have wheat as an ingredient. However, it tastes more sweet and sugary than spicy to me so overall effect is of sweetness. I won't be ordering this again but looking for something with less sweetness and more chili taste.

Not entirely sure what other customers were expecting when they ordered this and then give it a poor review. It has a delicious smoky yet spicy taste. Not too hot. It is versatile and can be used in Korean curries, as a marinade, in soup and even as a flavouring in sourdough bread or focaccia. Excellent in my view.
