I really like this bike overall. However, the light that came with mine is NOT the one that is pictured. The one that came with the bike is really cheap and plastic and a different color so it does not match the bike. Also, the basket did not come with the bike. I'm not sure if it was supposed to be included, but I thought that it was. For the price of the bike I expected it to come with the items pictured. I have contacted the seller and I will update this if I hear back from them with any resolutions.

Bought 26 inch adult electric”city” bike. Am 68 years old with 2 artificial knees and 1 hip. Active. Had to walk my bike up inclines but now I can keep up with the rest of the riders. Great self confidence boost. Because of this extra “boost, I ride more miles with only minimal assist. You still have to pedal so I get my exercise at the same time. Very, very satisfied.Shipping was fast. Bike comes 1/2 assembled. Put on one tire, one fender, basket, handle bars and adjust brakes. Battery is 1/2 charged so you can get right on after you are done and take a spin!Customer service was excellent and fast to respond. Please be sure you buy the bike from Amazon sold by Nakto to take advantage of warranty.Enjoy!

A friend of mine rode it and now she’s going to buy one from this dealer! Assembly was easy, I paid one of my husbands friends $20.00 to do it! 🤣🤣🤣. One of the best purchases I ever made

This bike is big but worth the investment. Some parts seem cheap but for the most part it seems really well made for the price point. I know nothing about bikes, so this took me 2+ hours to put together. There is a video online I recommend following. I'm 5'4" and i didnt realize with adult bikes your feet shouldn't completely touch the ground. The tips of my toes reach the ground. I had to retrain myself to ride this bike but it was definitely worth it. Comes with two baskets a small metal folding on and plastic one with a bike lock I lost the directions too, opps.*update*Ending up returning it to get a smaller size, customer service was very helpful, although reboxing it was a pain

This bike is terrible I regret buying it. The battery only last 4 hours so I purchased another one. Its been 7 months now and both of my batteries aren’t working anymore! The light indicator on the charger is green (meaning its charged) but when I place the battery on the motor onto the bike the light indicator on the handlebar is red (meaning it is low on charge) i try throttling and the bike wont even start at all! Do not purchase this ebike! Invest your miney into a better quality ebike!

This was for my granddaughter and would have worked but she couldn’t bring it upstairs and had nowhere to park it

My bike arrived quickly, and the shipping box and everything inside arrived in excellent condition. I spent a great deal of time reading bike reviews, and reviews of the different bikes out there by customers. I thought I wanted a fat tire bike for a smoother ride, but this bike was in nearly every review rated pretty well for the money. My two biggest concerns were was 250 watts enough power for the hills, and the quality of the bike. The bike is more than powerful enough for me, I weigh about 160 pounds not sure how it would be for heavier riders. The initial quality of the bike seems excellent, time will tell about the motor and battery. I spent a couple hours assembling and adjusting seat height, handlebars, checked all the bolts twice and even the spokes were all tight. This bike would be too heavy to carry up and down stairs all the time, but parked in my garage is not an issue. If you have never ridden an ebike there is a learning period, make sure you are comfortable with it on a quiet stretch of road before getting out into traffic. The fenders and back rack were a must, although there was no basket included not a deal breaker. I think this is a great bike not sure what else you would need. I will update if any issues develop.

I have been riding this bike for about 6 weeks. Here’s my summary. Could not recommend this bike to anyone. The motor is pretty solid, it’s what I expected. The battery is a bit week. 15 miles is about the limit for range. The brakes are “mushy” and weak, low quality. The PAS (pedal assist) is a joke! Shortly after you start pedaling the motor kicks in to MAX Throttle and will continue at max as long as you pedal at any speed. PAS is always trying to go 20 mph. To fast for the braking ability. I have been riding by feathering the throttle to augment me pedaling pressure. I works but take a lot of effort. Shipping was horrible. It arrived unannounced as we were leaving on a 4 day trip. Had we left later I not sure it would have still been here. Amazon still shows it in shipping. Service is nonexistent!!
