Porchetta Ducale is a product of ancient Emilia tradition made of the pork underbellydeboned and loin. It is flavored with rosemary and different aromas and internally with garlic, sage,laurel, rosemary, fennel. It is cooked with steam, medium-temperature, and braised. The intense aromaand strong flavor of Porchetta Ducale make of it an exceptional product that can be eaten cold or hot for any occasion.The Terre Ducali brand first came to light in 2002. The strategic choice was to characterize the production of the company with its territorial typicality. This is why, in the brand name, is recalled not only the Dukedom of Parma, favored territory for the production of charcuterie, but also for the short food production chain, i.e. "terre" meaning many territories, which is a true warranty of quality and food safety of the product from the farm to the table. From 1998, with the arrival of Mr Carlo Andrea Sartori, the company acquired its own "heavy pork" breeding sites. Also the feed for the pork is internally prepared.
