This is a great product at a very reasonable price. I use it for joints and flexibility. I try and keep my fitness level in check and this along with a couple other supplements helps a lot. I always look for supplements that are GMP certified, 3rd party tested and no additives except the capsule.

At first i was using a joint supplement that had Boswellia in the ingredients and i saw improvement in my mobility and joints. I realized that it was the Boswellia in it that was helping me the most so i decided to cut out the middleman and just buy some. This stuff really works and really helps me get around and do my job.

I absolutely LOVE this Boswellia. I've worked hard all my life, 20 years in construction, and my hand's were so swollen and painful I could barely stand it. After approximately 1 months of taking this and turmeric capsules the pain is almost gone! There still are bad days when I overdo it, but nothing even close to the pain I had prior to taking this amazing product! Thank you for this wonderful product!

It is still early for my conclusion. I have used in the past for the anti-inflammatory nature of the product and it resulted in pain relief. My pain os not gone but I feel some level of improvement.

I love this Boswellia, I have been taking this for several years, but I think I need an extra strength or a different brand, it works great but sometimes if I work extra late in the evening my joints start hurting. I will keep taking it though and we will see.

It seems to have an effect on my joints in a positive way, more time will tell as it has only been a few days.

Excellent product at an excellent price.

Easy to take, helps to ease discomfort.
