Galil Organic Roasted Chestnuts are so natural and pure tasting. No chemical scent from packaging. No salt or sugar added. I really enjoyed the first bag years ago. And my whole family does, too (and we all like different types of food!). I've purchased these and gifted them to many others who have said they also really like. They're not cheap, but they're not overpriced - we buy them when they go on sale and when the holidays come around. Please keep producing these. Chestnuts are very good for you. Really wanted this and not disappointed. Great taste - even right out of the package. Love with mustard.

I love chestnuts & especially when I don't have to boil & peel them! Seriously, I think they have a great flavor & are a great snack that's very filling.

It's a bit too sweet and too soft. Some of them are a bit crunchy but most of them could be too soft. It is also a little bit too wet. If all these were sorted it would have 5 star from me.

Great value; healthy snack.

Not quite the roasted chestnuts in the shell. As a young lad my family gathered to roast chestnuts in the shell. It was a once or twice a year event near CHRISTmas. The finished edible nut was firmer, a bit of inner skin was a treat and it oferred texture to the nut. These do not quite offer the same experience but they are very good. I will buy them again.
