I ordered Remote for my F&D home theatre, as the remote is similar to what it is shown in image. But eventually it is not compatible, now I have to deal with it and keep the Remote as seller doesn't provide Return option and the item can only be replaced.To Amazon:-While I understand the policy change of Return and Replace (for the benefit of control Reverse logistics) but some genuine products which can be proved functional only after purchasing should have option of Return.Highly Disappointed
