Universal power cord for a lot of keyboard pianos
Where is a long list of pianos this charger works for and mine was one of them. I found a piano keyboard in a repossession house but it had no power cord. This is what I found to be the solution, I always compare items and this was the one to get. Been jamming out with ot for a whole now and I'm rough on it, still working great. The blue light on the plug looks nice and shows its a different plug. Very happy

Yes this worked
Great quality, did the trick. Cheaper than if I bought it from the Piano store.

Modern Casio AD-5 - so nice I bought it thrice!
If you have classic Casio keyboards and synths like me, you’ll want a few of these. This is the best possible replacement/upgrade to the ubiquitous Casio AD-5 adapter that powered so many of their classic keys. Even if you have the original, don’t use it. They are overly big, heavy, and prone to generating noise if ever dropped (TBF, they’re real workhorses that last 30+ years). This PWR+ (PWR-TAG09010N) is light, solid build, with a minimal impact orientation. I’ve bought other replacements over the years, but this one is the best of them in terms of profile and functionality. I now have three of them, marked AD-5 with a silver sharpie, and use them on various Casio CZ and HT synths, and various Casiotones. Great length, too. I’ll be buying more for peace of mind. Highly recommended. Note: one negative, the polarity is not illustrated on the label, but should be. It is clearly marked that it is input 100-240VAC, 50-60Hz, .5A; output 9VDC - 1.0A. It should also be marked that it is center negative.

Very happy with it
Going through a warehouse in the back (looking for something else), my wife found her old Casio keyboard from her maiden days. And she had the idea to ask our 10-year-old son to practice... but the power adapter was nowhere to be found. So she gave me the task of finding an adapter. I visited some local stores with no success... they didn't even know the keyboard model. I did not want to try any other 9V adapter, for fear of damaging her precious old keyboard, which has brought back her so many memories. I did not initially search Amazon, because we live in Paraguay (South America), and here we have a 220V network. But hey, then I decided to look here, including a 220V to 110V transformer, if necessary.Incredibly, I got one that precisely matches the keyboard model, and without the need for an additional transformer. I was very happy. A year later, the adapter still works perfectly with the keyboard, despite the fact that the child does not like playing it so much.

Adapter works great, powers Casio keyboard
I’ve owned a Casio keyboard for about 35 years now. It works perfectly and is irreplaceable since Casio literally haven’t made any like this in decades. At some point the adapter got misplaced and none of my others worked with it, and i don’t normally have the number and kind of batteries it otherwise needs to run. I got online and after a lot of searching learned there aren’t many places to get these adapters any more, but this here is one of them. The one these guys sent plugs into my keyboard and works fantastically. I’ve had no problems. I’m so glad they had it. Thanks!

It powers my Casio LK-46.
This power supply works as described by the seller. It fits my older Casio LK-46 keyboard perfectly and powers it correctly. The light is good reminder to me to unplug it.

Get this!
I have an older Casio keyboard. It had a giant power box that was just ready to give up. I searched for a while hoping to find a replacement, and found this little thing! I didn't know if it would suffice, given that the old power source could provably eat this one. Imagine my surprise when I plugged in this bad boy and was able to play for the first time in months! I am happy to say this saved my keyboard's life, and I will absolutely come back here if ever I need a replacement.
