Sale of perfume without mentioning expiry date in non returnable beauty product.

I'm totally frustrated with this product. After delivery, i see on the package that the expiry is on 11/22. But it was not mentioned in the product details. Since beauty product is not returnable it is mandatory to mention expiry dateon the product details. It was purchased for gifting purpose and now it's not possible to give this almost expired product to anybody. I need immediate refund.
