Packed really well—nothing broken, which is rare lately! Frame itself is sturdy and made well. Looks great with a large print in it! Love that it’s matted too. Would recommend and will purchase again if I need another this size!

The frame and matting are very nice. However bending the little pieces in the back was a little tedious. Overall good product.

Please make note that what the description says is "strong shatter-resistant plexiglass" is a rather thin sheet of stiff plastic. When I think "plexiglass", I think of something thick enough to work as a window pane. What came in the frame was definitely not.

This frame was total garbage. It was well packaged, but badly warped (unusable). I tried to gently straighten it, which you can generally do with wood, but it snapped. This revealed that it was compressed fiber, not wood (please see photo).So the product description, which says "Solid Wood" is a TOTAL lie. Absolutely. No kidding.I think this is where my recycling has ended up. It is so much hassle to re-package and return (no easy drop-off options for this item) that I decided to write off the $47 and tell it like it is.This is a total garbage product. I went out and found very nice frames for about $75 in a bricks-and-mortar store. Anyway, I strongly recommend avoiding this product.

Very satisfied! Fit my poster exactly and was delivered timely and in great shape. I would definitely order again.

The size runs smaller then expected. Bought this a couple inches bigger than the poster but had to trim poster to fit. Also all the little tab like pins on the back to hold it together was extremely frustrating and hard to use. Several of the pins have fallen out and won't fit back in

It was exactly what I was looking for...clean simple lines.

The frame was a good 1/4 inch shy of being 24" wide. My print does not fit.

I ordered the 18x24 and it was too short by about half an inch which basically makes it garbage

Liked the product, lightweight was perfect. Finally hanging up our paintings after our renovation.

Basically the hook for hanging the picture came out of the cardboard. Fortunately I was able to catch it before it crashed. So I had to improvise a bit. Also I hate those metal tabs on the back you have to pry open using a knife. Better frames deal with it in less frustrating ways. Overpriced and cheaper quality than I would like.

Straight out of the box, already broken in 2 different parts.Expensive for something not worth much.
